You can reach us through any of the following channels: During your initial consultation, we’ll take the time to discuss your needs, goals, and how our services can best support you. From there, our team will work closely with you to develop a personalised plan that is specifically designed to meet your unique requirements and aspirations.
3How are you different from other service providers?
While we share similarities with other service providers in delivering high-quality care, what sets us apart is our unique approach to training. Before our support workers begin working with other children or adults, they are first trained using real-world experience with our own child. This hands-on approach ensures they gain firsthand experience, practical skills, and a deep understanding of how to provide compassionate and effective support, preparing them to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.

Yes, our services are available for individuals of all ages. We provide tailored programs for children, as well as adults, to help them build the skills they need for independence, social connection, and overall well-being. Whether you're seeking therapy for a child or support as an adult, we are here to help.

6How do you ensure quality and safety? What mandatory requirements do your staff complete?
Our staff are trained to provide personalised services. To ensure we have the right people on board, all staff are required to complete the following mandatory checks and training:
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Supporting People to Stay Infection-Free training
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Program
