3How are you different from other service providers?
While we share similarities with other service providers in delivering high-quality care, what sets us apart is our unique approach to training. Before our support workers begin working with other children or adults, they are first trained using real-world experience with our own child.
This hands-on approach ensures they gain firsthand experience, practical skills, and a deep understanding of how to provide compassionate and effective support, preparing them to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.
4Do you offer services for both children and adults?
Yes, our services are available for individuals of all ages. We provide
tailored programs for children, as well as adults, to help them build
the skills they need for independence, social connection, and overall
well-being. Whether you're seeking therapy for a child or support as an
adult, we are here to help.
5How do you ensure your services are personalised?
We believe in a person-centred approach. During our consultation process, we take the time to understand each individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals. This allows us to tailor our services for maximum impact
6How do you ensure quality and safety? What mandatory requirements do your staff complete?
Our staff are trained to provide personalised services. To ensure we have the right people on board, all staff are required to complete the following mandatory checks and training:
